I watched this video and also the one in the screenshot (yes, I typed the URL in, lol) and can't come to any conclusion other than that guy is a moron.
Seriously, anyone who thinks someone can "hack" his video while he is recording it (he literally types this in server chat, slowly, with one finger probably) clearly has no idea about the way computers work at all. I don't claim to be some sort of computer genius because I am not one, but I know that what this guy is accusing Viper admins of is entirely fictitious.
