Does any one use the links in the breadcrumbs? I'd like to add a link or two, but we are running out of space. So...we need to remove/shorten some if they aren't being used.
Current breadcrumbs reads: Home -> Portal -> FAQ -> Search -> Members -> SourceBans -> User Control Panel -> New Messages -> Logout

For me, it's FAQ, Search, or Portal. FAQ we don't need at all. Portal isn't necessary since you can just type the base URL for the website to get to it. And I use search maybe once a year.
Is there anywhere else we can put links? Maybe at the bottom of a page or in a Javascript menu or something? I'd assume others use Portal and Search more than I do, so I'm not sure you can get rid of them entirely. You aren't going to be able to gain much room removing only FAQ.

Home ->not really Portal -> keep (it leads to portal) FAQ -> remove! add maybe a small link on home page Search -> KEEP!!! Members -> also keep SourceBans -> not really necessary here, add a small link button on the Portal User Control Panel -> KEEP New Messages -> Logout also, Keep, not everyone logs in from personal computer
I use Portal because my bookmark takes me to the forum index, not the main page. I use Home when I want to go back to the index. (you can't middle click on "Forums" in the flash header)

We need to just get rid of that Flash header entirely. HTML links are 1000 times better.

Simple and functional is preferred over badass. Heavy graphics and javascript only slow the pages down instead of making it easier to navigate, especially on mobile devices. Personally, I think a header that almost goes unnoticed is the best kind.

I don't know how it works, but, is another version (mobile version) of this website possible to make? like m.team-vipers.com or is it more difficult or cost more?
