Good Sir, I am quite aghast that you have returned to this humble abode. Mind you, it is not of the type of shock as in worry, but rather of joy.
I say Sir, if you ever require my skills as a practitioner of the medical field, I am wholly at your service.
(Also, may you excuse my excessive use of verbose, as I have recently completed the literary work of Sir Bram Stoker, and my speech and cognitive thought is currently stuck in a malady that is rather Stokeresque. I do believe it shall pass with some rest.)
