Self explanatory, I just figured I'd take a poll...
For me it is the Demoman.

Everytime I want to play heavy because he's so big and powerful I then realize how slow he is
...
He's a sitting target for Demos and Soldiers, they can duck out from behind cover, fire a sticky/rocket, then go back behind cover. Repeat process until dead.
Also a sitting duck for Snipers and good Spys.

. I'm quite surprised at the Spy. I figured he'd be spammed with votes at this point.

most useful as a soldier, however useless that is , but prefer to be an engineer when it is profitable

Soldier and Sniper are tied, no love for the Pyro though.
